Should the chief of police act as provided for in Section 8.30.030 , the county shall indemnify and hold harmless the owner of real property so used
against all loss, liability, claims, demands, suits, actions, and damages arising
out of the negligent acts or omissions of county officers or employees in diverting
vehicles or pedestrians onto the owner's property.
