Alarm system fund

This section creates a special county fund for alarm system fees. All registration fees and service charges from this chapter go into that fund and can only be spent on carrying out this alarm law. Spending requires approval in the annual budget.

There shall be established and created a fund to be known as the "alarm system fund." Any registration fees and service charges collected pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited into the alarm system fund and shall be used for purposes relating to the implementation, administration, and enforcement of this chapter. Expenditures from the fund shall be through appropriations set forth in Appendix A.II. of the annual budget ordinance. ( Ord. No. 4447, § 11, 2017 ; Ord. No. 4157, § 1, 2014)
