How to appeal a decision by the chief

If you disagree with a decision made by the chief, you can appeal it. You must file a written notice of appeal with the board of variances and appeals within 30 days of getting the decision. This section only covers the appeal process.

Any person aggrieved by a determination of the chief may appeal such determination by filing a written notice of appeal with the board of variances and appeals within thirty days after notice of such determination. (Ord. No. 4157, § 1, 2014)
