Curfew for Minors

This law sets a curfew for minors in public places or on public streets and roads. The allowed hours depend on the minor's age. It is illegal for a minor to be out during the restricted nighttime hours listed below.

It is unlawful for any minor to be present in public places or on public streets and roads between the hours of eight p.m. and four a.m. of the following day if the minor is under the age of thirteen years; or between the hours of ten p.m. and four a.m. of the following day if the minor is the age of thirteen years to under sixteen years; or between the hours of twelve midnight and four a.m. of the following day if the minor is the age of sixteen years to under eighteen years.
