Rules for keeping a car graveyard hidden from roads

A person commits the offense of unlawful control of an automobile graveyard area if
the person establishes, operates or maintains an automobile graveyard, the closest
portion of which is within one thousand feet of any county roadway, that is not screened
by natural objects, plantings, trees or other appropriate means so as not to be visible
from the main traveled portion of a county roadway.
