Rules for hiding storage areas from roads

This law makes it illegal to keep a storage area in certain business or industrial zones if it can be seen from a main county road. The storage must be hidden by trees, plants, or other screening so it is not visible from the road.

A person commits the offense of unlawful maintenance of a storage area if the person establishes, operates or maintains a storage area within business, industrial, public/quasi-public, and commercial districts that is not screened by natural objects, plantings, trees or other appropriate means so as not to be visible from the main traveled portion of a county roadway.
