Penalties for breaking this chapter

If you are found guilty of breaking any rule in this chapter, you commit a violation and must pay a fine. The fine is at least $100 and at most $1,000. These penalties are added to, not instead of, any other penalties the law provides.

Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation. The person shall be ordered to pay a fine not less than one hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars. The penalties provided by this section are additional penalties and not substitutes for other penalties provided by law. (Ord. 1876 § 2 (part), 1990)
