For purposes of this chapter, unless it is plainly evident from the context that a different meaning is intended, certain terms and words are defined as follows: "Public area" means any public property, including but not limited to, any public street, highway, building, sidewalk or park. "Sound amplification system" means an amplified speaker sound system or any part thereof which increases the power or strength of sound, located in any area of the vehicle. (Ord. 1988 § 1, 1990)
