Fines for repeated violations of this law

This section sets the fines for breaking the rules in this part of the county code. The fine goes up each time you are convicted. The first time costs less than the second, and the second costs less than the third.

A. For the first offense, upon conviction, there shall be a fine of not less than $25 but no more than $100. B. For the second offense, upon conviction, there shall be a fine or not less than $100 but no more than $250. C. For the third offense, upon conviction, there shall be a fine of not less than $250 but no more than $500. (Ord. 1988 § 1, 1990)
