For the purposes of this article, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning. Public Property. Includes any street, highway, boulevard, road, sidewalk, alley, island, lane, bridge, parking lot, park, square, space, grounds, mall, building, or other property owned by or under the jurisdiction of any governmental entity or otherwise open to the public. Solicitation. To request or demand money or gifts. Waikiki Special District. Has the same meaning as defined in § 21-9.80 -2.
