No aggressive panhandling near ATMs or check cashing places

This rule bans aggressive panhandling within 10 feet of an ATM, an ATM facility, or a check cashing business. The distance is measured from the entrance or exit of the building. It applies to anyone who might panhandle in those spots.

No person shall engage in aggressive panhandling within 10 feet in any direction of any automated teller machine, automated teller machine facility, or check cashing business. The distance to a check cashing business or automatic teller machine facility shall be measured from the entrance or exit of the facility.
