No Gasoline Pumps on Sidewalks or Malls

(a) It is unlawful for any person to erect or place, or permit, or cause to be erected or placed, any gasoline pumps upon any sidewalk or mall in the city. (b) Any person violating this provision will, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 for each day of violation. )
