ROH §15-13.1

Parking rules on highways outside town

Read the official text at honolulu.gov ↗

This section says you cannot stop or park on the main part of a highway outside of business or residential areas if you can pull off the road. If you do stop, you must leave enough room for other cars and have a clear view for 200 feet. The rule does not apply if your car breaks down and you cannot move it.
