No parking on roads to sell or fix vehicles

This rule says you cannot park a car on a road mainly to sell it or to wash, grease, or repair it. The only exception is if you need to make emergency repairs. It applies to any public roadway.

A person may not park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of: (1) Displaying such vehicle for sale; or (2) Washing, greasing, or repairing such vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency. )
