For the purposes of this chapter, the following definition applies unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning. Excessive or Unusual Noise. Noise in excess of the usual noise that would necessarily result from the operation of a motor when reduced to the minimum by a muffler such as is defined in this article. )
