Every train in revenue service, as defined in this article, must have installed and maintained therein automated external defibrillators in accordance with the requirements of this article. At least two automated external defibrillators that are accessible to employees and the public, as applicable, must be placed in each train in revenue service. Appropriate signage must be posted to indicate the location of the automated external defibrillators.
