Showers required in new or converted office buildings

Owners of new or converted office buildings in TOD zones must provide and maintain showers for employees who bike, walk, or use transit. The owner may also let other people use the showers if they want.

The owner of each new or converted office building in a TOD zone shall provide and maintain shower facilities as required under this article. The shower facilities must be made available to persons who are employed in the new or converted office building and who commute by other than motor vehicle to the building. Nothing in this article is to be construed as preventing the owner from allowing other persons to use the shower facilities.
