Plans and approvals for FBB construction

This section requires that before building a FBB, you must submit three sets of plans and get approval. For a building permit, you also need three sets of installation plans including a plot plan. A licensed architect or engineer must prepare the plans and watch the construction.

(a) For each model of FBB, three sets of plans and specifications shall be submitted and approval obtained before fabrication. (b) With each application for a building permit, three sets of installation plans and specifications including the plot plan shall be submitted.
