Beginning with the quarter ending June 30, 2021, and each quarter thereafter, the office shall collect from all city departments and agencies data that details each department's or agency's water usage during the previous quarter, and shall annually report the city's water usage data in the annual sustainability report specified in § 2-10.15 .
