Daily fines for hosting platforms breaking the rules
Read the official text at honolulu.gov ↗If the director finds a hosting platform breaking this article's rules, the platform must pay a daily fine. The fine is at least $1,000 and up to $10,000 for each day the violation continues. This replaces other civil fines listed elsewhere.

If the director determines that a hosting platform is violating any provision of this article, notwithstanding the civil fines specified in § 21-2.150-2 (e)(2)(D) and 21-2.150-2 (e)(2)(E), the violator is subject to a civil fine of not less than $1,000 and not more than $10,000 for each day that the violation continues.
