ROH §22-1.2

Who does not have to pay subdivision filing fees

Read the official text at honolulu.gov ↗

This section lists two exceptions to the usual filing fees for land subdivision or consolidation. State and city agencies do not have to pay any of the fees. Also, dividing land into burial or crematory plots inside a cemetery does not require the per-lot charge, but the basic filing fee still applies.
