ROH §24-5.4
Old zoning and subdivision rules stay in effect
Read the official text at honolulu.gov ↗This section says that zoning and subdivision approvals made before March 30, 2021, are still valid. Old rules for the Central Oahu area keep applying until they are updated. Applications already accepted before that date are judged by the old rules.
