ROH §24-8.4
Old zoning and subdivision rules stay in effect
Read the official text at honolulu.gov ↗This section says that zoning and subdivision approvals made before May 3, 2011 remain valid. The old rules for the North Shore area continue until changed. Applications accepted before that date are judged by the rules in effect when they were accepted.
