ROH §24-8.5

How city actions must match the North Shore plan

Read the official text at honolulu.gov ↗

This section says all city agencies must follow the North Shore Sustainable Communities Plan when doing their work. If there is a question about whether a project fits the plan, the city council makes the final decision. Existing subdivision and zoning rules stay in effect until they are changed to match the plan.
