ROH §24-9.5

Consistency with the Waianae Sustainable Communities Plan

Read the official text at honolulu.gov ↗

This section says that all city agencies must follow the Waianae Sustainable Communities Plan (SCP) when doing their work. If there is a question about whether a project fits the SCP, the City Council has the final say. Existing zoning and subdivision rules stay in effect until they are changed to match the SCP.
