Annually, the director shall work jointly with the director of budget and fiscal services and the city agencies to review all projects in the city’s capital improvement program and budget for compliance and consistency with the general plan, the Waianae SCP and other development plans, any applicable special area plan provisions, and the appropriate functional plans. The director of planning and permitting will prepare a written report of findings to be submitted to the council in accordance with Charter § 6-1503.
