ROH §24-9.9

Five-year review of the Waianae Sustainable Communities Plan

Read the official text at honolulu.gov ↗

The planning department must review the Waianae Sustainable Communities Plan every five years and report to the council. The review checks if the plan still fits its goals and matches the general plan. This does not stop other revisions from being considered.
