After a new ordinance takes effect, the budget director must tell the public about any changes to the district, special assessment, or levy, using the same notice method required by another section. This section only covers that notice requirement.

After the effective date of an ordinance of consideration, the director of budget and fiscal services shall provide notice of any change in the district or the special assessment or levy in the manner specified under § 28-3.6 .
