The animal control contractor shall render a full report of its activities and operations relating to the impounding of stray dogs and cats to the department of customer services and council within one month after the end of each fiscal year. The report must include, among other things, the number of impounded dogs and cats that were adopted, the number of impounded dogs and cats that were placed in foster care, and the number of impounded dogs and cats that were euthanized.
