Adopting the East Honolulu Watershed Management Plan

This section officially adopts the East Honolulu Watershed Management Plan as the regional plan for O‘ahu. The plan is attached to the ordinance but does not have to be printed in the county code. This is a procedural adoption, not a set of new rules.

Pursuant to HRS Chapter 174C, the plan entitled “East Honolulu Watershed Management Plan,” dated May 2024, attached to Ordinance 24-29 as Exhibit A, is adopted and by reference is incorporated herein as a regional watershed management plan for O‘ahu. Exhibit A need not be included in this code. Editor’s note: *“Ordinance 24-29 ” is substituted for “this ordinance.”
