Enforcement of housing rules by county officials

This section gives county officials the power to enter properties to check for rule violations, just like they can under another law. Any breaking of these rules is treated as a violation under a different chapter and enforced the same way.

(a) The administrative authority shall have the same right of entry as provided in § 19-2.3 to enforce the requirements of this article. (b) All violations of this article shall constitute violations under Chapter 19, Article 6 , and shall be enforced in the same manner as provided therein.
