Permits needed for public video amusement devices

(a) It is unlawful for any person to display or operate for use or play any video amusement device in locations available to the public, unless the required permits have been obtained, and the use or operation of the video amusement device complies with this article. (b) Other electronic amusement devices, including mechanical amusement devices, do not require permits.
