Video amusement device permit types and when they expire

(a) Annual. Annual video amusement device permits are valid for the calendar year of issue, and expire on December 31 of that year.
(b) Initial. Operators shall apply for video amusement device permits within 30 days of June 24, 2025, with the validity of the initial permits expiring on December 31 of that year.
