Scrap dealer license rules and penalties

(a) It is unlawful for any person to engage in business as a scrap dealer without obtaining a license issued by the director in accordance with the terms, conditions, and penalties enumerated in HRS Chapter 445. (b) The director may deny, suspend, or revoke such license for violation of this article or HRS Chapter 445.
