(a) Any officer or employee who violates this chapter upon a finding pursuant to a hearing to be conducted by such person’s appointing authority, shall be subject to disciplinary action by such person’s appointing authority. (b) Any lessee or tenant violating this chapter shall cause the termination of the lease or tenancy and the lessee or tenant may be subject to the payment of any outstanding rental before and after such hearing. (c) Any person, officer, or employee violating this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and be subject to § 1-3.1 . )
