ROH §4-4.12

Who can appear and testify at an investigating committee hearing

Read the official text at honolulu.gov ↗

This section explains who may speak or give written evidence at an investigating committee hearing. If your name comes up and you might be hurt by it, you can ask to testify or submit a sworn written statement. Others can also appear if the committee agrees, and appearing does not limit the committee's subpoena power.
