What driver's license terms mean in this law

This section defines two terms used in this part of the law. A driver's licensing site is a place where anyone can apply for a new, renewed, or duplicate driver's license or instruction permit. The terms driver's license and instruction permit have the same meanings as in another section of the law.

(a) For the purposes of this article, “driver’s licensing site” means a location where the general public may apply for an original, renewed, or duplicate driver’s license or instruction permit. (b) For the purposes of this article, “driver’s license” and “instruction permit” has the same meaning as defined in § 15A-2.1 .
