Keeping records of toxic chemical sales to minors

When you sell toxic chemicals to a minor who has written permission from a parent or guardian, you must write down the minor's name, address, sex, and age, plus the parent's or guardian's name and address. You must keep this information in a permanent register for at least six months, and police can inspect it.

A person making a sale of toxic chemical substances to a minor who exhibits the written consent of the minor’s parent or guardian shall record the name, address, sex, and age of the minor and the name and address of the consenting parent or guardian.
