ROH §43-11.27

Appeals

Read the official text at honolulu.gov ↗

This section explains how to appeal a city permit, license, or chief engineer's order. You must file your appeal within 30 days of the final decision, and you must say exactly what you object to and why. Filing an appeal does not pause the decision, and if the chief engineer does not act on your appeal within 30 days, it is automatically denied.
