ROH §5-1.2

Read the official text at honolulu.gov ↗This section requires the city to buy a bond for most city officers and employees, except those at the board of water supply. The bond covers $25,000 for each person, and some specific jobs get extra coverage up to $225,000. This is about protecting the city if a worker fails to do their job honestly.
