Creating the housing development special fund and its accounts

This section sets up a special fund called the housing development special fund. It also creates two separate accounts within that fund: one for housing development and one for affordable housing development. No rules about how the money is used are included here.

There is created and established a special fund to be known as the “housing development special fund.” There is established in the housing development special fund a separate account to be designated as the “housing development account” and a separate account to be designated as the “affordable housing development account.”
