Penalty for Misusing a Centenarian Medallion

It is unlawful for any person, other than the centenarian resident issued the centenarian medallion, to use the centenarian medallion to obtain a waiver of certain city fees. Any person who violates this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both, for each violation.
