Helping someone commit a misdemeanor is also a crime

If you help someone commit an act that this chapter says is a misdemeanor, you can be charged with a misdemeanor too. This applies even if you only assist in some way.

All persons wilfully aiding, abetting, or assisting in any manner any person to commit any act constituted a misdemeanor by this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. )
